Hotel Grauer Baer - Innsbruck

The pool in the top with the view to the Alps was great. Breakfast was also very good.

The room was not according to the hotel. I expected better accommodation / furniture in the room for the price I paid.

I didn't want to say goodbye, so would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you very much everyone for an unforgettable stay during my vacation. The staff were professional and very efficient with any request.

Central heating, a safe, and multi-channel TV in the room, marvellous location. Had friendly service.

Excellent Swimming-Pool and Fitness-Room with great view. Location was great - well, Innsbruck is not that big that you can't reach a location not by feet

Had problems with the Internet in the room. When I used the Internet in the lobby, staff entered my room and did not properly close the door when leaving. So all my belongings might have been stolen.

The staff were particularly helpful assisting with onward travel information following delays after the volcanic ash disruption. The breakfast selection is very good and the swimming/spa facilities are superb. The hotel is well positioned for the old quarter and the railway station.

The swimming pool on the top floor was a amazing retreat, offering amazing views of the mountains. The breakfast selection was abundant and freshly prepared.

There were some noise disturbances from nearby rooms at times.

Very well run hotel, everything clean and pleasant. Staff obliging and efficient. Pool cold(!) but lovely. Breakfasts good and plenty of choice.

The only problem was the noise on the final night, I think because the back of the hotel looks out on an area used by young people. Perhaps hotel staff can keep an eye ion what's happening there, and when noise and drunkeness continues after midnight, could get the police round?

Just at the entrance of the old town, perfect for visiting Innsbruck. Nice buffet for breakfast.

We expected the swiming pool to be a bit bigger. Also the spa and fitness area are small but it was ok since there was not many people using these facilities.

Simply superb. Wonderful facilities ie pool, sauna, gym. In the middle of town, Great parking. Super breakfast. No complaints at all. Our room for 4 was enormous.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay, enjoying the soothing sauna and relaxing outdoor jacuzzi with stunning views. The breakfast was a solid spread with plenty of options to fuel our day. 😊

its a excellent hotel. Good location for seeing the old city.

Location and hotel facilities including the fitness centre. Tea and coffee making facilities would be a welcome addition
